Buy property in Kamala

Kamala condos in our catalogue: Coralina Kamala by Rhom Bho Property, The Title range. Eight seven-floor blocks, 564 units around lagoon pools, about 430 metres – five minutes' walk – from Kamala beach. There is a 30-metre lap pool, a rooftop pool facing the sunset, an onsen in the garden and a pet club. Completion is due in the fourth quarter of 2028, according to the developer.

Compact one-bedroom units start at 4 million baht according to brokers; two bedrooms of 64 m² start at 9.38 million baht by the developer's table of February 2026. We confirm the price with the developer before you book.

Kamala sits on the west coast between Patong and Surin. It is calmer than Patong, though not quiet everywhere. Near the beach you can walk; on the slopes you will drive. Large international schools and hospitals are in other parts of the island.
