Central Pattaya condos in our catalogue: City Garden Pattaya, the first building by Global Top Group. Completed in 2010, it has five eight-floor blocks around two pools, 367 units, on Soi 15. Resale studios start at 2.65 million baht. It is a lived-in building: residents mention leaking showers and old air conditioners, so budget for renovation and view the unit in person or by video.

Central Pattaya – Beach Road, Second Road, Pattaya Klang – puts the beach, Central Festival and Pattaya Memorial Hospital within walking distance. The price is noise, which changes from one soi to the next. Four more of our buildings are a short way south, in South Pattaya.
