Love It Wongamat Beach is a new resort-style building in Wongamat, five minutes' walk from the beach. Four blocks around a heart-shaped courtyard, an infinity pool with sea views, an onsen and a rooftop garden. Sales opened on 18 May 2026. If you want to buy a condo at Love It Wongamat Beach, here are the essentials:

Old databases show "2016". That is a mistake: sales have only just started.

Global Top Group. Their completed City Garden Tropicana is nearby, also in Wongamat, and you can visit it.

Naklua Soi 14, Wongamat – north Pattaya. A quiet beach with hotels and beach clubs around. The Naklua fish market and the Sanctuary of Truth are nearby; the Sanctuary can be seen from the upper floors. Terminal 21 is a few minutes' drive.

- studio, 26–27 m² – 2,680,000–3,190,000 baht;
- one bedroom, 36–46 m² – 4,000,000–5,340,000 baht;
- two bedrooms, 52–65 m² – 5,360,000–7,410,000 baht;
- three bedrooms, about 123 m² – on request.
In the Thai quota the same units are cheaper, from 2,340,000 baht, but a foreigner cannot register such a unit in their name: ownership needs the foreign quota. Blocks C and D – on request.
These are pre-sale prices, and units are going fast: on 8 July, of 368 units in blocks A and B, 191 were free, 112 reserved and 65 sold. Before booking we check the unit chart with the developer.
Costs beyond the price
We list them up front, so there are no surprises:
