Olympus City Garden is a large resort-style condominium in South Pattaya: six blocks around five pools, with a gym on the roof of every block. It was completed in January 2022, one of the developer's newest completed buildings. If you want to buy a condo at Olympus City Garden, here are the essentials:

- Ownership: freehold, for foreigners within the 49 % foreign quota
At the start of sales the advertised completion was 2018. The building was completed later, in 2022, partly because of the pandemic. If you see 2018 somewhere, it is the old date.
Location
South Pattaya. Aksorn international school is nearby, with quick access to Sukhumvit Road; the sea and the malls are not far.
Units
Studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. The blocks are named Barcelona, Delos, Apollo, Florence, Corsica and others.
Prices
From the developer's price list (special offer, June 2026 promotion), 11 units:
- corner studio with pool view – 2,100,000 baht;
- one bedroom, pool view – from 2,150,000 baht;
- one bedroom, city view – from 2,450,000 baht;
- the most expensive in the promotion – one bedroom on the 8th floor with pool view, 3,200,000 baht.
Larger units in the foreign quota are also available. The June promotion has ended; before a viewing we check what is left.

The service charge is about 1,000–1,100 baht a month per unit – modest for a building with five pools. We get the exact amount from the management.
Reviews
Olympus City Garden reviews are still few; the building is young. Praised: how new it is, the pools and the green grounds. Criticised: some TripAdvisor reviews mention problems with the quality of stays. Large new buildings often have this in their first years, while the management settles in, so it is worth seeing the building yourself.
How to buy
