The usual price of these units is about 3.9 million baht. Larger units and foreign-quota units are available. We confirm the unit number and type with the developer before booking.
Fees
According to brokers: a one-off sinking fund of about USD 19 per m², and a service charge of 1,800 to 6,060 baht a month depending on the size. We will confirm the exact amounts with the developer.
